Frank Anastasio, President of LGM, represents the third generation of his family to work at the company.  He has been a key part of the team since 2008. Frank is responsible for the strategic direction, reputation, mission, and overall success of LGM which was originally founded in 1983.  Since he was named president of the family-owned company in 2019, Frank has enhanced LGM’s growth strategy, invested in technology, and expanded its business model. Under his direction, LGM launched a second workshop in Jessup, MD dedicated to commercial fabrication, and oversaw the acquisition of the state-of-the-art RhinoFab 900 Machining Center, an innovative technology offering a customizable solution for cutting and fabricating storefront and curtain wall systems. The purchase of this new technology was a result of an increased need to keep up with capacity. Since coming on board, Anastasio has seen the company’s revenue grow significantly, nearly quadrupling over the past several years.

Frank is a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor as well as a licensed Class A Virginia Glass & Glazing Subcontractor. His projects have included Horseshoe Baltimore Casino and the 801 East Men’s Shelter and Housing in DC.

He is a graduate of St. Vincent Pallotti High School in Laurel and The Catholic University of America, where he majored in Political Science. Before coming to LGM, Frank interned at The White House and the British House of Commons. Previously, he worked at Laurel Glass & Mirror in the summers doing project installations, while also working at Chevy Chase Products Center.

A former registered amateur boxer, Frank enjoys spending time with friends and family, grilling, and working on his 1972 Chevelle.  He currently lives in Highland with his wife, two sons, and daughter.

Ray Sharbaugh founded LGM over 35 years ago.  He was widely recognized by colleagues and competitors alike as a leader in the glazing and glass installation contracting market.

Ray’s career began in 1952 at the Alto Glass Company.  He later served as the founder and president of the Chevy Chase Glass Company, which he directed for over 35 years. Raised in Altoona, PA, Ray is a graduate of Penn State University. A former member of the board of the Mid-Atlantic Glass Association and a jigsaw puzzle enthusiast, he played in the Rockville Concert Band for over 35 years. Ray passed away one week shy of his 94th birthday, in February 2025, and is greatly missed by his family, friends, and everyone he touched during his lifetime. The glass world certainly isn’t the same without him.

Brandon Brailsford joined LGM in 2018.  As the company’s Estimator/Project Manager, he reviews all incoming projects, estimates the cost of materials and labor, and generates bids for general contractors. He also oversees projects, working closely with LGM superintendents, fabricators, and mechanics, acting as a conduit between the company and contractors to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to LGM’s high standards. Brandon is also responsible for procuring tools and materials, fabrication, and scheduling and managing staff resources.

During his tenure at LGM he has contributed to numerous projects, including Uline Arena, the DC headquarters for Juul Labs and Spring Flats, a LEED Gold certified affordable housing project. Brandon has OSHA-10 certification.

Brandon is a graduate of Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, and Towson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He previously worked as a landscaper. His hobbies include golf, weightlifting, snowboarding and cars. He resides in Elkridge with his wife and two daughters.

Michelle Soto – Leal joined LGM in 2025 as the Office Manager. With a background in healthcare administration and over six years of experience in office and operations management, she brings strong organizational skills, a focus on efficiency, and a passion for creating a smooth, supportive environment for both staff and clients.She attended Towson University, where she earned a B.S. in Psychology and Gerontology. Originally from Maryland, Michelle relocated to Texas for a time before returning home after having her daughter and deciding to take a leap into a new industry. She brings a well-rounded administrative background and a people-first mindset to this exciting new chapter at LGM.In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, catching up with friends, and creating meaningful moments outside of work.

Danny Rizzo joined LGM in 2023 as Project Manager. He oversees projects, working closely with LGM superintendents, foreman’s, fabricators, and mechanics. Acting as a conduit between LGM and the Contractor to ensure each project is completed on time, on budget, and to LGM’s high standards. Danny is responsible for all procurement including tools, materials and supplies to complete each project. Over the past 22 years Danny has worked his way from a helper to PM in the glass business and believes that “you are never above the broom”. Danny believes that every day you should try to learn at least one thing every day and self-reflection is important to become a better you! Danny resides in Pasadena with his wife, two children and his dog. He loves spending valuable time with them and believes investing in your children for a positive future! Danny’s hobbies include fishing, hunting, boat rides, football, and riding ATVs.

Joanna Anastasio joined LGM in 2023 as the Marketing Manager. With over 6 years of experience in non profit fundraising and special events, she is excited to bring her creativity and passion for marketing to LGM. She began her career in the customer service field and has always enjoyed working directly with the public. She is excited expand the company’s reach, and bring LGM to the next level by exploring corporate sponsorships and philanthropy. She is a graduate of the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She spends her free time with her husband, three children and large extended family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, exploring the outdoors, spending time with good friends, exercising, and singing along to musicals.

Steve Kim joined LGM Glass Designs in October of 2020 as an Estimator and Project Manager. In addition to estimating and generating bids for general contractors, he has been successful in bringing multiple projects and new general contractors to LGM. Steve has over 16 years of glazing experience in the Washington metro area, and previously was a siding and window subcontractor for eleven years in Columbus OH. He resides in National Harbor, MD with his wife and two dogs. Steve enjoys walking by the waterfront for exercise and peace of mind, which we all need.

Mary Anastasio has been working for her family’s business for over 50 years. It has been an exciting adventure to watch her father grow the company and even more exciting to see her son, Frank, takes the business to the next level. She is thrilled to enter a new stage of life as a grandmother and spend more time with her four beautiful grandchildren. She also enjoys singing in the church choir and sharing a glass of wine with friends.

Chin Yang has over twelve years in the glazing industry in the Washington Metropolitan area. Chin has worked on interior and exterior projects both in estimating and project management. He has brought to fruition several multimillion dollar glazing projects. Chin strives to have projects built on time and under budget. He is OSHA ten certified. Chin also loves NFL football, fishing, and hiking.

Ryan Eshelman has managed commercial glazing projects in the Mid-Atlantic region for over a decade, completing tens of millions worth of contracts for some of the largest general contractors in the nation. He enjoys working with clients to problem-solve any challenges that arise during the course of a project. Project highlights include the International Spy Museum, Bowie State University – CNSMN, the Cannon House Congressional Office Building renovation and DC’s Department of General Services headquarters. His favorite aspect of focusing on building enclosures is realizing an architect’s vision to have a direct impact in transforming communities and the built environment.
